Kelly King Dickhaus

A native of South Carolina, Kelly considers herself a true Atlantan after over 15 wonderful years here. She studied music at both the University of South Carolina and the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. After graduating with a post-master’s degree, she began a successful entrepreneurial and teaching career in the classical music industry in Cincinnati, Chicago, and finally settling in Atlanta.
Kelly's passion for real estate began when purchasing her first home, earning her license shortly thereafter. She then honed her negotiation skills and unparalleled knowledge of the metro Atlanta area as an agent on two of the top teams in the Southeast Region before becoming a Top Producer as a solo agent both in office and in the Southeast Region. Kelly thrives off of building lasting relationships and helping people find their happy home.
She's an avid (read: obsessive) sports fan, self-proclaimed foodie, travel junkie, and an active freelance classical musician. When not helping families find their next home you can typically find her chasing her giant dog and two young kids around and exploring all that Atlanta has to offer with her husband, Brian!
Sarah Moore Perren

Sarah began her career with KW Midtown in 2007, starting as an assistant to a top producing agent. Through the years, she has worked in the industry as a Buyer Specialist and Listing Specialist on top teams in Atlanta. Her passion for creating wealth through real estate is what drives her in her business daily.
Known for her client-first approach, Sarah believes real estate is more than a transaction—it’s an opportunity to create stability, legacy, and financial growth.
Outside of real estate, Sarah is passionate about mentorship, personal growth, and cultivating meaningful one-on-one relationships. She credits much of her success to surrounding herself with strong mentors, coaches, and accountability partners who continue to shape her leadership and business philosophy
Tia Lowe
Tia began working in the operations world of real estate in 2015 and quickly became the Closing Manager for one of the top teams in the SE region. Creating a seamless transaction for each client and helping them navigate the many details along the road to closing is her top priority.
